What we collect
When you fill in our quote form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, your preferred moving date and details about the items you want moved, including photos you send.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to prepare your quote, contact you about it, carry out the job you book, and keep basic records for invoicing and tax. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
How the quote form works
The quote form on this website is delivered to our email inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. Messages sent by WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job details for as long as we need them to do the job and meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete them.
Access, corrections and questions
